Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

  • If your item is in stock, we prepare your order immediately so you will not have a window to amend or cancel your order.

  • All our items are double checked before shipping.

  • NO RETURNS/EXCHANGEexcept for Transit Damage or Mistaken Product.

    • Mistaken Product: If the product shipped is wrong.

    • Transit Damage: If the courier is damaged, we require a photograph of the damaged piece for process further.

  • In case of Mistaken Product or transit damage, customers are requested to contact us within 24 hours of the courier received, along with the order details.

  • Kindly note that our products are made from natural stones so the size, colour and shape of the stones and pearls may vary. Such variations will not be eligible for refund or returns.

  • Customers are requested to read the description before order placement.

  • Customers are requested to return the damaged/mistaken product to the provided return address. We will replace or refund the order value. The replacement will be based on the availability of the product

  • The refund process takes up to 5 working days after the product is received

  • Refunds will be processed through the same payment mode.

  • We will confirm if your request has been successful straight away. 


Pre-orders/Customized Orders

  • All the pre-orders/ customized orders require full payment at the time of order confirmation.

  • No return or exchange on pre-orders or customized orders.


Can I Have My Order Gift Wrapped?

  • We can offer our beautiful signature packaging for ₹100 - please select this option at checkout. Your order will be packed in our signature box with a gift bag.

  • If you would like to include a gift message with your piece, please fill out the GIFT MESSAGE section during the checkout process. Alternatively, you can also select to receive a blank card to write your own message.


How Do I Use Promotion or Offer Code?

To redeem a Promotion or Offer Code, add the code to the VOUCHER / OFFER CODE
box on your Shopping Bag page and click UPDATE. 


How Do I Change My Personal Details?

  • You can edit your personal details such as your name, phone number, email address and password from within My Account.

  • You can sign up to hear from us about new product launches, sales, and exclusive offers via the Newsletters. Once signed up, you can unsubscribe at any time either via the 'Unsubscribe' link on the bottom of each newsletter or by the tick box in 'My Account.


What Payment Methods Can I Use?

At the checkout, you can proceed as a guest or create an online account with us once you have placed your order. By creating an online account, you can enjoy a quicker checkout process in the future and save your delivery and payment details. If you are an existing customer, you will be able to log in to your Account.

  • Payment will be taken from your card as soon as the order is placed

  • We accept Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe as a method of payment.

  • Paypal for International orders
