Refund Policy

  • If your item is in stock, we prepare your order immediately so you will not have a window to amend or cancel your order.

  • All our items are double-checked before shipping.

  • No Returns/Exchange (except for Transit Damage or Mistaken Product)

    • Mistaken Product: If the product shipped is wrong.​

    • Transit Damage: If the courier is damaged, we require a photograph of the damaged piece for further process.

  • In case of Mistaken Product or transit damage, customers are requested to contact us within 24 hours of the courier received, along with the order details.

  • Kindly note that our products are made from natural stones so the size, color, and shape of the stones and pearls may vary. Such variations will not be eligible for refund or returns.

  • Customers are requested to read the description before order placement.

  • Customers are requested to return the damaged/mistaken product to provide a return address. We will replace or refund the order value. The replacement will be based on the availability of the product

  • The refund process takes up to 5 working days after the product is received

  • Refunds will be processed through the same payment mode.

  • We will confirm if your request has been successful straight away.
